Minutes from all the VIBFA board meetings are available for all VIBFA members. If you would like to read any of the minutes from our meetings, you can request access to our Google Docs folder that contains all the minutes PDFs.

You will need two things:

  1. You must be a current member of the VIBFA
  2. You need a Google Account to access Google Docs.

Once you have a Google account, you only need to follow the below instructions once to get access to all the current and future meeting minutes.

To request access to the folder:

  1. Open this link in a new window or tab: Google Docs Minutes Folder
  2. If you are not already signed in to your google account, you will be asked to sign in.
  3. Once you are signed in, you should get a page that says "You need permission to access this item." Click the "Request Access" button.
  4. We will receive an e-mail stating that you want access to the folder. We will confirm that as soon as we can.
  5. Once we have confirmed your request, you will receive an e-mail and have access to the folder that contains all the VIBF meeting minutes.
